RUDY GIULIANI (HOST): This lawless excuse for a judge, this make-believe judge doesn't think he has to follow the ruling of the Court of Appeals because it's Trump. I mean, if you want to know what a lousy judge this is, I mean, a judge, a trial judge is supposed to follow the rulings of the higher court in his state.
